Return, Refund and Shipping policies

1. Return Policy:

A) I purchased a charger at a festival and it broke. Can I return it for a new one?

We offer a 14 day return policy for all chargers purchased at festivals. This means that if you purchased a charger at a festival and, it is no longer working, you may return it. Simply email us at info@swftcharge.com or fill out our contact form here.

If your charger is no longer working as a result of self-inflicted damage (water damage, cracked etc.), we will not be able to issue a new charger.

Please note: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a return reason. We will also require the charger be shipped to us so that we can responsibly recycle it. Your new charger will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days after we receive your returned charger.

B) I pre-ordered a charger for a festival and I will no longer be attending. Can I get a refund?

2. Refund Policy:

A) I purchased a charger at a festival but I no longer want it. Can I have a refund?

We do no offer refunds after the festival has ended. If you are at the festival and you are not satisfied with our charger and service, please visit one of our festival booths to speak to the festival manager.

You will be required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. You will also need to return your charger and wire(s).

Please note: If your charger is no longer working as a result of self-inflicted damage (water damage, cracked etc.), we will not be able to issue a refund.

B) I purchased a charger at a festival but I no longer want it. The festival is over. Can I have a refund?

SWFTCharge will gladly provide store credit via promo code. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your the charger. We will not be able to provide full refunds after the festival has finished. We are only able to issue refunds throughout the duration of the festival in which you purchased the charger.

You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase as well as a return reason. We will also require the charger be shipped to us so that we can responsibly recycle it.

Please note: If your charger is no longer working as a result of self-inflicted damage (water damage, cracked etc.), we will not be able to issue a store credit.

3. Sale / Discounted items Policy:

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases of 20% or more are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card. Please don’t hesitate to email us, DM us, chat us before ordering if you have any questions

4. Shipping Policy:

A) Shipping

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and festival season.

B) Customs & Duties

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 

We are not responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
