Are your festival booths open 24 hours?

Unfortunately we can’t last as long as our chargers, so our booths do close at night. However, our hours of operation are between 11-12 hours per day and specific times vary depending on venue. Follow us on social media and we’ll let you know our hours for each festival

Do your chargers work with all types of phones?

Yes, our chargers work with ALL smartphones! This includes iPhones, Androids and Google Pixels (micro-usb and USB-C)

Do your chargers charge vapes?

I pre-ordered a charger for my festival, where do I pick it up?

You can pick it up at any of our booths at the festival. Don’t forget - it’s yours to KEEP after!

How many times can I swap the charger at my festival?

You can swap as many times as you want, we offer unlimited swaps… think of it like free refills!

What is the mAH and capacity of the charger? How long do they last?

If you are pre-ordering a charger to pick up at a festival, you will receive our 5,000 mAH model. This model can provide between 1-2 full phone charges. If you aren’t going to a festival, concert or show, you can still pick up a charger - we’ll mail it to you. You can chose from between 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 mAH capacity.

Can I use it at home?

Yes! If you pre-ordered it for a festival, you can keep it at the end of the festival and recharge and use it at home

I bought it at another festival, can I swap it at a different festival?

Yes, we love our SWFT fam! Bring your previously purchased charger with you and you can swap it at any other festival in our exchange program. You will just need to pay the service fee for unlimited swapping at the festival ($20).

Is this the same as lockers?

No, we are a separate entity than locker rentals! We are currently rolling out an exclusive locker service at select festivals - stay tuned!

How is SWFTCharge powered by 100% green energy?

All the electricity consumed in the SWFTCharge network is 100% green, and our entire business emits zero emissions from production and warehousing to event traveling and operations all thanks to our new partnership with Bullfrog Power. Each time you use a SWFTCharge your phone will be powered by renewable energy like the sun and wind. To offset the power to produce and consume our chargers, we get renewable certificates from Bullfrog clean energy generation sites across Canada.
